Q:  I have a problem to open the chat window what should I do?
A: The chat window open in a popup, so you have to disable your popup blocker to allow the site to open a popup window.

Q: I have unblocked the pop-up but it’s still not working?
A: The chat window requires the Flash plugin to work. If you do not have the Flash plugin installed, click here to download it.

Q: How can I see all the members online?
A: Click on surf chat above the logo, or click on “check the complete list” in the surf members online box.

PHOTOS

Q: I displayed my picture but it doesn’t show on my profile.
A: You have to go to :my profile, photos, and then click on “modify” under the big blue/violet image.
Then browse and put the picture of your choice.
It’s very important that the first picture goes in the first place, otherwise it won’t show.

Q: My picture had been refused.
A: Either you were not alone, or it wasn’t a real picture (drawings, celebrity photograph…)

PAYMENT

Q:I don’t have a credit card.
A: You can subscribe with a prepaid internet card (available in most of the banks or in some stores and shops)

OTHERS

Q: How can I go back to my main page?
A: Click on the logo, or on “home” above the logo.
