Terms of use of Surfandmeet

In order for you to register in Surfandmeet and become a subscriber, you MUST tick the box “I have read and accepted the Surfandmeet Terms of Use”.

I°/ THE SUBSCRIBER

 

In order to access the website, the subscriber must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Fill out the information required on the subscription form and guarantee that the informations are correct. In case a change occurs, the subscriber pledges to update his profile as soon as possible. 
• Have a username and a password which he will not be able to share with a third person. He will thus be the only user of his account.

Surfandmeet can’t be held liable for the veracity of the informations or photos provided by the subscriber.

In addition, the subscriber will be the sole person liable for declarations and actions made via his profile on Surfandmeet.
 
The subscriber cannot use Surfandmeet to diffuse a commercial, political or religious message or any another message that could harm others.
The subscriber commits himself to diffusing, if he chooses to, pictures that represent him. If the subscriber breaches the picture rights of a third person, he will be held solely responsible for the breach.
The personal ad of the subscriber should be personal and provide details about the subscriber or what he is looking for. If the picture or the personal ad are found inappropriate by the Surfandmeet team for any given reason, we reserve the right not to publish them and to ask the concerned subscriber to modify them or delete them.

In case the subscriber diffuses or uses Surfandmeet in a way that is contrary to these Terms of Use, Surfandmeet will cancel the subscriber’s account without prior notice and without possible refunding.

 

II°/ SURFANDMEET

Surfandmeet puts at the disposal of its subscribers a chat service via Internet to bring about meetings between our subscribers.
 
Surfandmeet commits itself to promoting its website on a regular basis, in order to propose a maximum number of new subscribers.

Surfandmeet commits itself to diffuse the pictures and message of the subscriber after they are checked, within 2 working days. If a subscriber were to notice any type of fraud or incitement in the picture or the message, even after Surfandmeet’s control, he/she are asked to alert us via the Contact Us link in order to secure a highly serious website to our subscribers.

Surfandmeet is in no way responsible for the messages or the acts of a subscriber. However, we advise our subscribers to take the necessary precautions in the event of a possible meeting with another subscriber, by opting for a public meeting during day time.
Surfandmeet can’t be held responsible in case a subscriber were to reveal personal information to another subscriber who in turn revealed it to third parties. This is why we ask you to be vigilant and to avoid communicating your surname, your exact address, etc. 

By means of certain information, indications or contents (photography or announcement) the Subscriber expresses his/her wish and consent to the publication of personal information and willingly and solely takes responsibility for it. Consequently, the subscriber cannot turn against Surfandmeet over the disclosure of certain information pertaining to his/her private life.

Surfandmeet reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use or add new ones at any point in time. The Subscribers will be informed of any modification or addition to the Terms of Use once they are connected to the website. The new Terms of Use of Surfandmeet will be effective one month after they are posted online. Once this deadline is over, the Subscribers registered before the posting of the modifications will be regarded as having accepted the new Terms of Use.
In case the Subscriber wishes to maintain the previous Terms of Use of Surfandmeet, he/she should send his/her request via mail so that we are able to extend it until the end of his initial subscription period.

 

III°/ Fees and payment mode

In order to access the services and tools of Surfandmeet, the subscriber must sign up for a paid mandate which will enable him to access the website throughout the duration of the subscription.

The subscribers can register on our website either by use of a payment card or a prepaid payment card.   

The fees (in US dollars) for these mandates differ in accordance with the type and duration of the mandate. 

The Classic Mandate

The classic mandate allows the subscribers to run advanced researches and access all the profiles (except VIP subscribers) and communication tools. The subscribers can chat with people of their choice. They also appear in other subscribers’ researches (if their profiles fit the conducted research) and can thus be solicited for a direct chat, a chat via email, etc.

The VIP mandate: MAXIMUM LEVEL OF CONFIDENTIALITY AND ADVANTAGES

The VIP mandate allows the subscribers to run researches and access all the announcements and communication tools. They can chat with people of their choice. 

Differences and advantages:

• The profile of the VIP subscriber doesn’t appear to other subscribers even if it fits their research. His photo and profile thus remain confidential.
• VIP subscribers can however directly chat with all Classic subscribers. Only then, will his profile become visible to the solicited subscriber. Once the chatting window is closed by the VIP subscriber, he is confidential again.
• If the VIP subscriber adds another subscriber to his selection, whether VIP or Classic, the latter subscriber will have access to his profile, will know when the VIP subscriber is online and will be able to solicit an online chat. He is thus visible to all the subscribers featured in his selection.
• The VIP subscriber has access to an additional tool which enables him to detect the profiles (VIP or Classic) that conducted a research to which his own profile corresponds.

Once the payment is made via payment card or prepaid card, the subscriber’s account is almost instantly activated. The subscriber will then be able to conduct researches and chat with other members. His picture and announcement will be visible to other subscribers once they are validated.

Once the mandate expires, the user name and profile of the subscriber will be saved in our database for a 6-month period. After this period is over, the former subscriber will have to go through his registration procedure again.

 

IV°/ Annulment of the Subscription

Surfandmeet puts at the disposal of its subscribers a 7-day retraction period starting from the time the account was opened and without it being necessary to provide any reason. However, this retraction period cannot be claimed with refunding if the subscriber had already used the Services of Surfandmeet.
If the subscriber requests the annulment of the subscription before the end of his mandate, Surfandmeet will annul it within 3 working days without possible reimbursement for the remaining period.
